The Moscow House of the Books has more than 75,000 titles of books and more than 20,000 titles of office products, and annual retail trade averages about two billion roubles. Purchases are made daily at network stores 70,000♪ The total sales of the association consist of more than 25 million books per year and about 7 million stationery items. By number of goods sold, the enterprise is the largest store in Europe. There is a single financial, commercial and technological mechanism throughout the Moscow House trading network, the introduction of advanced computer and trade technologies, self-service and a single reference and bibliographic system. About 2,000 people work in the network stores. A staff social support system has been developed and a corporate printer is being produced.
